Homosexual Rights

I'm not here to tell you what to believe, i'm simply expressing my opinion.

As far as the whole thing about homosexuals going to hell because God says so, I beg to differ. There is a separation of Church and State in the United States so you can take your bible and go home with it because it has no business in our bedrooms.

I find it sad that we live in a country that is supposedly the "Land of The Free" yet everyone turns around and points the finger at people for stupid reasons like their sexual orientation.

Since when did sexual orientation become the standard for being a good, moral person? Heterosexuals do many bad things as well yet they are perfectly okay because they like the opposite sex. I just don't understand why sexual orientation is such a big deal in the United States and honestly, around the world.

I may be asking for a lot when i say this, but i wish i could see the day where no one gets harrassed for being gay,trans, genderqueer, etc. and everyone is okay with it......after all, i'm not asking to marry YOUR daughter. unless, well, i am. in which case, i really hope you say yes because i love her lol
